New Grad Program

Epsilon’s New Grad Program is designed to ease the transition from college to corporate for our early career associates. The Program strives to provide the tools and resources need to be successful in your career. The Program includes everything from job specific training to soft skill professional development including:

Leadership Rotation Program

To continue professional growth, exceptional associates who have been with the organization for at least one year can be nominated for the Rotation Program . In the Rotation, participants will gain experience in varied roles. The Rotation Program aims to develop future leaders who can express the full spectrum of Epsilon’s capabilities in a meaningful and motivating way to internal and external audiences. High performing individual contributors with demonstrated leadership abilities are nominated by senior leaders to interview for a slot in the program.
